Core Purpose
As the socially constructed psychological and economic war rages unabated both in and around the lives of Black and Indigenous men, we must see these men and in turn help them to see each other in order for them to ultimately see themselves.
This “seeing” is a deliberate anti-dehumanization process that operates in direct contrast to the intentional caricature formation that has been in development and deployment in the public and academic spheres.

Over the last two decades, Dr. Green has successfully utilized his experience, initiative, and problem-solving abilities to achieve remarkable results in the academic and corporate DEI arena.
During these years, he has served in various organizational capacities; thriving in his ability to be versatile in function, yet creative in action
In 2011, he founded the Black Doctoral Network (BDN), an organization dedicated to supporting the next generation of Black and Latino scholars and practitioners. BDN creates connections between scholars, disciplines, and universities while serving as an invaluable bridge between higher education and corporate America. While at its helm, Dr. Green has worked with C-suite executives and university presidents as a trusted advisor on areas including culture, diversity, recruiting and employee retention.
Dr. Green is also spearheading an initiative called “Change Fearlessly” that will bring together scholars and other subject matter experts to raise awareness of critical issues and enlighten audiences on various sides of sometimes difficult conversations.
Dr. Green obtained both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degree in Sociology from the Brooklyn College, City University of New York (CUNY). He also holds a Master of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College, CUNY. And he has a Master of Philosophy degree and Doctorate in Criminal Justice from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
